Madou’s Folie, regional bistronomy, partially organic and inspired by the Slow Food movement. The cuisine is contemporary, full of colour and flavors, chef Michel Immerzeel likes to give a new life to the old classics of the Belgian and French gastronomy, specially the cuisine of the Southwestern part of France (see « who we are» ).
At lunchtime Madou’s Folie is home to politicians and business people enjoying the Market Menu € 28 and the swift and efficient serving. At dinner the 3-course Discovery Menu 45€ attracts locals and tourists by the excellent quality – price ratio.
The menu also has vegetarian dishes. To order prior: lactose free dishes, or gluten free or adapted to specific diets.
