We are specialized in hosting groups up to 50 people and are known for our impeccable organization and for our swift, discreet and efficient service.
Very flexible, we are used to adapt to most situation and special requests.
To facilitate your organisation and the participants choosing their dishes, we collect the data with Google Form and propose individual nominative table menus.
Terms of Organisation :
• Same Set Menu and same Set drinks for the whole party
• The final numbers and individuals nominative choices need to be communicated minimum 7 days in advance
• Minor changes are free of charge till 10 AM on the day. Any later, the announced number of guests will be billed.
Google Form :
once the menu is determined and if you agree, we’ll send you a Google Form link to forward to all participants so they make their individual choices ( no login required ). If you have a @gmail account, we will give you an Admin access for easy follow up or to add some contact details to the form. All necessary information, like where and when as well as a Google Map link are on this Form.
Individual Nominative Table Menus :
7 days prior to the event, we will close the Google Form and print individual nominative table menus. This speeds up serving and avoids mistakes or last minute changes.
Private Diner ( optional ) :
groups will be seated in a separate area of the main dining room, private dining room available
• from 30 pax free private dining room with private Maitre d’Hôtel ( 4 heures )
• from 21 to 29 pax : private dining room + Maître d’Hôtel, financial participation of €080 ( 4 hours )
• from 11 to 20 pax : private dining room + Maître d’Hôtel, financial participation of € 100 ( 4 hours )
• < 10 persons : private dining room + Maître d’Hôtel, financial participation of € 200€ ( 4 hours )
• small groups up to 16 pax : we have a space separated from the main dining room available free of charge
• after 4 hours : financial participation of € 20 per 1/2 hour for private dining room + Maître d’Hôtel,
Arrival Time and Timing :
• l’heure d’arrivée utilisée pour la facturation ( si besoin ) sera celle qui aura été convenue au plus tard la veille ou dès l’arrivée du premier participant au repas
• si vous êtes pressé ou si vous souhaitez respecter un timing, merci de nous le communiquer
Financial Terms :
• pre payment : by bank transfer or credit card at least 7 days prior to the event
• payment at the end of the meal : €uros, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Chèques-Repas
• payment on invoice : 50% deposit at booking + balance to be payed by bank upon reception of the invoice
Terms for Cancellation :
• Up until 15 days before the event : no cancellation fee
• Between 15 to 6 working days before : cancellation fee = 50% or postpose to a later date with no cost
• 5 to 2 working days before : cancellation fee = 75%. If postponed to a later date, 25% cancellation fee
• less then 48 hours prior : = 100% of the total invoice is due. If postponed to a later date, 50% cancellation fee.
